My body, hormones, and emotions are sometimes lost and confused and I have no idea how to answer “What can I do to help?” So here is a list of help I could usually use. Please do not feel you have to, but if you would like to help in some small way, thank you. Your presence and love are enough!

How to Print Your Premium Frame-Ready Board:

Congratulations on taking this beautiful step toward protecting your peace and space! We want setting up your daily chore board to be as effortless as possible.

1. The Perfect Printer Settings
Our designs are crafted to fit a standard 8 x 10 frame perfectly. When your print settings menu pops up, double-check these two quick settings before hitting print:

• Scale: Select “100%” or “Actual Size”
• Do NOT choose “Scale to Fit Page” or “Fit to Printable Area” — this will distort the design and make it stretch too large for your frame

2. Choosing Your Paper
For a smooth, durable finish that looks beautiful behind glass, we highly recommend printing on a heavy white cardstock (80lb or 110lb) or a high-quality matte presentation paper. Standard printer paper will work, but cardstock gives a crisp, premium look.

3. Framing and Trim Tips
Because standard home printer paper is 8.5 x 11, you will see a thin white margin around your 8 x 10 design after printing.

• If using a standard frame (No Mat): Simply place the frame’s glass over your print, trace around it with a pencil, and trim along the lines with scissors. Our thick floral border has a built-in safety margin so the frame lip will never cover your checklist text.
• If using a frame WITH a Mat Border: For the absolute best visual results, we highly recommend choosing a frame without a mat border, or removing the cardboard insert entirely so your beautiful floral details can shine completely unobstructed from edge to edge.
